Apartment complex carpark lighting upgrade.
All Power Services started a project in a multi storey apartment complex in late 2017 that required all carpark lighting to be replaced to LED light fittings fitted with microwave motion sensors reducing the light level from 100% down to 20% when not in use, to reduce the building energy consumption.
This project was eligible for ESC's Certificate rebate and had reduced the overall cost of the building lighting upgrade and the project payback time was 1.5 years.
Project completed in two weeks.
